Not long having had the 530i sport, can't really say I've done that much to it apart from black kidney grills, m5 bumper grill with bass port intake things and some 19" ruff racing alloys and a 330i intake elbow mod. Got a roll of black vinyl to wrap the roof and looking for a brake upgrade.

However my previous e39 was a different story. On that I started the v12 conversion' installed a full comfort leather interior, m5 door sills, upgraded speakers, rear window spoiler, LED exterior door handle lights, lowering springs. That's about it I think

It's the rubber elbow after the MAF before the throttle body, the e39 has a resonator underneath, while the e46 330i doesn't have this resonator, making it sound a little better IMO.

Hiya

Sye, thanks for the information there, you've gone for the 'simpler' option of doing the 'remove bass box and make room' option. This is something I used to do as well, and 95% of the time it'd be fine. There are times though I've been out and about and during that time an option has changed and I've had to pickup something bulky and had a real hard time removing the bass box and getting the item to fit etc. This time I'm going for the stealth option which means that scenario should'nt happen.

The switches for the seat heaters I'd have personally installed on the seat plastic side panel that covers the runners (just to the front corner of the seat) I've seen these switches installed there before.

I like the Parrot backlight change as well !

Cheers, Dennis!

Just what i was thinking. I thought retro-fitting meant fitting genuine manufacturers parts that were not fitted when the car was built. Stuff like HID's chips and amps are mods not retro-fits.
