Just thought I'd post up my 'new' Workmate :grin:

I've had a turquoise steel one for >40 years and always thought it was quite an early one as it weighed a tonne but then recently came across some info about the originals being all aluminium and much lighter so thought I'd find one on eBay. It's in pretty good nick apart from the bodged handle but know I can fix that so quite pleased.

I still have the one I bought in 1986.... lol was only using it two weeks ago to help cut up some old t&g paneling :)

Inherited my steel one from my dad. Fifty plus years old and good for another couple of decades at least.  Must be the best product B ana D ever made.  Currently got a cast iron six cylinder engine sat on it. Didn’t even flinch.
