Any Snow pictures please?

Recommended Posts

Come on then you Northern Monkeys, where are all the snow pictures - it's just dismal dreary rain down South - like wet shandy from the sky.

I look back on my years in Yorkshire with a little fondness now as at least it was proper cold, not like this pouffy sort of cold in the South East.

Snow pics pretty please :D

Lashing it down here pal; non stop now, for nearly 2 days!

The snows all in the East by the looks of it; plenty along the A9 in Scotland and North/East Yorks too...

Think some is falling in the higher parts of Lancashire though

Fair bit of snow in Pitlochry: https://www.pitlochrywebcam.co.uk/

We won't be going to Dunkeld this year; first time in nearly 10 years because of the lockdowns

Woodhead this morning. Am told that one down the road has jackknifed. Tears of nostalgia as the theme for the Hovis ad plays in the background...

It's about three inches thick now but it'll be gone by the end of the day I expect

Wow; fantastic pics :)

We had our share of snow yesterday; some melted in the afternoon sunshine, but froze very hard overnight and just been out for a walk and it's just 0ºC out there...

This was 10mins of snow yesterday morning: snow.jpg

Needed to go food shipping; so any excuse to use mine on it's winters

Yesterdays snow is still here - but it is now crispy thick ice everywhere.

I think I'll do some painting at home today; I have got a set of winter tyres on wheels down the end of the garden but I really CBA to fit them knowing it'll all be gone in a day or so.

You're lucky, it looks great.

Global warming or not, unfortunately, we're no longer used to seeing snow in the valley here for more than a few hours per year.

Taken last month in the closest mountains:
