Getting sick out of seatbelts...

Recommended Posts

Apologies if you are eating, our littl'un has been sick in her car seat and over the main car seatbelt.

Any suggestions as to how to get it out of the seatbelt fabric?

Soak it in a bowl of washing powder sat on the backseat?

New seatbelt?

Oh and its not my car, its the wifes. ;)

Hot soapy water and a nail brush or sacrificial toothbrushes and a healthy dose of elbow grease. Get stuck in ya filthy scrubber! :P

Like you're already doing @535i Andrew; other than that, a thin clear vinegar and lemon juice solution should neutralise it once you've rinsed it of the soapy suds etc :)

A good scrubbing won't go amiss either...

We had this issue with the car seat. I was told to put it in the dishwasher... a little odd I thought but it made it look and smell like new. Not sure if you are referring to the car or the car seat
