As for springs; if you want the OEM Mtec springs, go for them via BMW Cotswolds, you can only source them via BMW or 2nd hand (I'd personally go brand new); or look at the Eibach Pro-kit springs, they'll give you a slight drop over OEM Sport ride height (I've got these in my garage and still undecided whether to put them onto my car, I probably will at some point) ;)
