INPA not connecting ......

Never had any problems before, though I have not used the software in a while. Just can't get the black dots to show. INPA shows as 'running' but won't connect. Tried turning the firewall off too but no change. I don't have sole use of the laptop but I can't see my daughter having changed any settings etc.

Anyone any thoughts or suggestions please?

Looks like the com port settings have defaulted somehow? Can I simply update these or do I need to uninstall and reinstall the software again first?
