  1. Tell me more Jimbo, we did get a fault code but he could never find out what it was for?
  2. That’s fine if your lucky and find the fault. I’ve spent loads on my rear suspension. My mechanic, who is spot and and I trust him implicitly, has tried and tried to pin point the fault on my suspension which is still there to this day. On visual inspection the suspension is fine, no obvious faults whatsoever and driving is as smooth as can be however, I get one of two alert messages every time I get into the car and start driving. It’s either “ driver comfort reduced” or “cornering affected” ( words to that extent ) with suspension fault. I’ve had the bags replaced, levelling arms replaced and I’ve had the solenoid replaced and still it comes up. The rear air suspension works as it should throughout yet there is a fault somewhere.

Was it just mute when using tune in? Or was it all muted?

    Android Head unit replacement

Yeah, it’s plugged into the aux which is disappointing but, as long as it works, it’s fine. I’m thinking there is an issue between the cars audio set up and the Android but I’m really no expert. Common sense tells me it is settings but I have no clue where to look!
  8. I’ve splashed out on an Android head unit from ADC BMW. It has cost me but I don’t mind as they reckon they are the best. I’ve had it replaced once because I had loads of issues with the first one, the replacement is fine except...... randomly, there is no sound either from the radio or from my parking sensors. It’ll be working fine till I get out the car and shut it down and when I get back in it’s all mute. The aux is set to manual, I’ve tried auto but it makes no difference. I’ve tried to contact ADC but they are not very responsive, it may be that I’m thick and don’t know about the set up etc?! Does anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong?

They are very fussy when it comes to sensors etc, chances are it’s what you say.

    Android head unit

I’ve managed to finally install my android head unit, I’m having problems with a couple of things. The sim is in and I have the 4G icon in the top left corner but I don’t have internet, can’t load maps or go online. The other problem is my hands free no longer works. Any ideas?

    Android replacement

It’s all up and running which is great, I’m loving it! A couple of questions which someone may be able to help me with I've fitted a sim and there is a 4g icon in the top right corner but, there doesn’t seem to be any connection. I can’t connect to maps or google play. Second thing, I no longer have hands free with my phone. Any ideas with these?
