    Thanks Ray, I have live data for autel, but I will reinstall INPA again as I tried it today and it gave me errors then I will get back here.. But as of now the car starts only when the new installed Co. Min rail sensor is plugged out... And when plugged in it miss fires and the gas pedal becomes inactive..     Does the inline pump(one under the passenger) have a socket.. Are all BMWs e39 like this mine has a socket can this be the problem? And can it be replaced with one without a socket? Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk

    The injectors had an over flow.. Whites fumes from the exhaust, and in the process of fitting them the mechanic broke the rail pressure sensor, that was the reason of changing them. I have not tried with rail pressure plug off.. I use a handy tool- autel diaglink from German but also have INPA which is sometimes difficult to use since Most of the the reading is in German.     Recently the car had an ews error but after replacing the 2 injectors and the common rail sensor, no error codes every thing is pass. Do e39 525d injectors need coding?   10. I replaced the common rail pressure sensor and two injector nozzles on my e39, noe the car after 6 clicks starts but dies immediately, there is not response from the gas pedal however much efforts.. Machine gives no codes any solution is highly appreciated. Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk

    Hello guys, it has been a while I sent out for a number of spare parts(cylinder head topcover, rail pressure sensor, crank case oil filter, 3 injectors and other parts) for my e39 and now the engine has been assembled..     Stevecvo indeed your right, its pretty dusty here in Uganda but also this air cleaner housing cloth requires replacement,...I have been working with shabby mechanics who touch almost everything they come across. Thanks for the comment. I agree that the these injectors affect the pressure of the rail...I working towards removing the 5th injector but not an easy job. I will greatly appreciate your advice.
