Hello so i recently renovated my turbo and i installed everything but after the installation the electronic wastegate is ticking and then its throwing a few codes 43D1 DDE: Throttle-valve actuator, activation 3F57 DDE: Charge-air pressure controller 4501 DDE: Exhaust-gas recirculation, control deviation 43E2 DDE: Throttle-valve actuator, activation I have checked everything and everything is fine and i sometimes even get boost for a long time but after a moment the boost is gone , i even changed the charge air pressure controller but still fault code on that one. Only thing i dont understand everytime i unlock the car the wastegate electronic is giving me a ticking noise and same with locking and i can feel vibration from the wastegate electronic when it is ticking. anyone has a guess or has had the same symptom ?

    okey thanks. do i need to grease it with something or it is fine ? just clean and reassemble. it moves freely though.
  4. Hello i am renovating my turbo and when i remove it these rings fell of the turbo for the wastegate function anyone who has renovated and know if its important where the last pin is going to be as in the picture does it matter where its placed ?

    Hello people I have a weird problem with my car when i start it. When i start the car my idrive shutsdown for a while later on i get abs fault , transmission fault , battery check connections "which seems to be fine im not finding any problems with the connections" , my rev meter gets a bit unsure and goes a bit up and down between 1k up and down but and for a while my idrive start showing up again but when i restart the car everything seems to be fine with the car. my battery is around 12-13v and when its on it is around 14-15 volts. When this happend i read some faults codes but im very unsure what the problem is. has anyone else had this problem ?     just update it was the ECU, i renovated it and now the car stars and works fine

    Both pumps are working i hear both of them running when i turn on the ignition

    i change the DDE Relay today and it did not work its not starting just same symptoms please need something asap Fault code CED418 Fault Code transmission : 5149 , 5140
  12. Hello people i need help with my car that does not run. It has a fuel system problem and i dont know where to start or how to find the problem. The car cranks but wont start i get transmission light and fuel pump faulty on the screen. first time this happend to me was when i filled up car with gas and then i went back the the car to leave but i could not start it it was just cranking and trying to start so i pushed the car to a parking place and i let it stay there for one day. next day i go back to the car and it runs up fine no transmission light or anything it was just normal. Now it wont start at all it just tries to start up. all i have tried is diagnos the car but it wont say the actuall problem or what is causing this problem. Fault Code : CED4 "CAN MESSAGE LOAD SIGNAL ENGINE INCORRECTLY/NO SIGNAL" if someone has been affected by this problem and knows or is experienced please let me know or what to do and try. I went to BMW and they couldnt find any problem becasue the car fired up when it was with them and they said they couldnt find the problem becasue of that.
