    Adding aux input along intravee

Sorry to drag up an old thread, I thought it would be better than starting a new one. I have Intravee in my September 2000 E39 M5 (facelift, just!), will this cable fit straight in? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07GDKGNLN/ref=asc_df_B07GDKGNLN58111665/?tag=googshopuk-21&creative=22146&creativeASIN=B07GDKGNLN&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310801248631&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4059539454021869020&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1007124&hvtargid=pla-642512815327 I have the same interior/radio as below, just in RHD...

    E39 M5 Rear Brake Discs

Hi all, Considering the price I bought my Ferodo front discs for, I can only find non-branded rears that are 3-4 times the price! For some reason, Ferodo don't seem to do the rears?! Has anyone got any recommendations?

Yep! A friend who used to work for Deutschtech fitted all the bits I ordered recently. Everything works perfectly!

It was just a weekend thing I think - 'insert this code for an additional discount' type of deal.

Thanks @DepthHoar. I used the clutch number and found the flywheel kit (you pasted the number twice!), and managed to find the following prices: 624 3150 00 = £120.35 (including an additional 10% off) delivered from Mister-Auto 415 0110 10 = £308.70 delivered from Amazon Total spend = £429.05 and some beers for a friend, a Senior Tech at work, who used to work at a German car specialist

E39 M5 in Need of Clutch/Flywheel. What To Buy?

I'm not trying to run it on a shoestring, but when something that I need could cost well over £1000, and used to cost £455, I just want to make sure I'm not being ripped off. I don't just have money to throw around - fuel isn't cheap in these things either

Eeeeesh - the flywheel alone now is £1000+

E39 M5 in Need of Clutch/Flywheel. What To Buy?

Thanks for that! It’s good to know that the LUK kits are the OE parts anyway, as that is what I was eyeing up. It would appear that they were cheaper a few years ago too? I found a post from 2011 where someone says they found the clutch kit and flywheel for £500-600! Roughly, how much did all of that cost you?

E39 M5 in Need of a Clutch/Flywheel. What To Buy?

Thank ye oh faithful peasant! Now bow down before the M badge and fixeth my clutch
  13. Hi all, Apparently I posted this originally in the ‘peasant’ section, so apologies for the duplicate thread of you find the other one too My clutch pedal is sitting really high and I fear the clutch is on its last legs. It's a September 2000 (very early facelift) E39 M5 with 164k on the clock. I have a friend who's a mechanic and used to work for a German car specialist, so he knows his way around the car - I just need to know what to buy. Any recommendations for reasonably priced clutch kits and a flywheel? Fingers crossed it's just the clutch that needs doing and I can take the flywheel back for a refund! Thanks in advance

  15. Hi Stu, I'd be interested in the car if you'd reconsider selling it? No worries either way!
