    Suspension parts - eBay

Bit of a mixed response. The reason im looking is because it became apparent during MOT one of the front ball joints is shot and so are the rear lower ball joints. (Very badly, i was helping do the MOT) so i figured i'd look at changing the whole lot, front and back. Thinking i then wouldnt have to worry again. How long do the Ball joints last at the front? Are Polybushes worth considering? Cheers Chris

This is a very valid point! i had an experience at goodwood in the beast. even as passenger it was a good one and its possibly where the bmw bug began! There is no denying i would love an e28 track slag!

    Insurance renewal

I hate to think what my renewal is going to be next year. Im paying £1200 with a huge excess. But i am only 21 and driving a E39 530d Got to say although i am biased, an E39 Diesel is a good choice! Driven normally they will return reasonable mileage. Chris

    CD Holder Not Ejecting

Hi Donutdobermann i had this very same issue... error came up on the display and then i couldnt adjust the volume of the radio until i turned off the ignition and restarted the car. my solution was a very simple one... give it a tap. i found that certain CD's were 'jumping' out of the holder and jaming the whole thing up, a gentle tap on the side seemed to sort this and allow me to remove the Cassette Id just like to add the first time it happened i did remove and dismantle the whole CD change, what a ball ache. Hello from East Sussex

I keep saying to the old man we need to come up and see you. Blasting round Goodwood was definitely an experience im hoping one day ill have a car suitable. Maybe an M5 should be my next purchase! when i can afford it that is! the other option is to be like you and have more than one lovely car to choose from.

    Hello from East Sussex

I should of mentioned i only purchased this car a week ago and this is how it came, maybe not as shiny though (10hours hard work). This is my First BMW and i love it. iv only been waiting nearly 4 years to own one (since i passed my test at 17). I was originally looking at 3's but after seeing this i had to have it. It is actually a V reg not a T which makes it 12 years old with 118000 on the clock, 13 stamps in the book and a new Turbo and engine overhaul not long ago. i was hoping you could shed some light on the spoiler as i do not know what it is! or who it is made by. I will take some pictures and get them uploaded ASAP. Who ever fitted it did a good job as they wired in the brake light, disconnecting the one in the rear window. It has also had Full Black leather electric sports seats fitted, with memory function and i believe it has the sports suspension? Am i right in thinking that the wheels are M Parallel's that someone has painted Black? Not sure if they are genuine or reps though. Im sure that there are many more things i could mention but my brain has given up for tonight, if you want to know any more info feel free to ask. Chris
