  3. @Phil_530d They're 408M's, 19" M5 winter wheels. They're made by BBS and superlight too, saved 4KG per corner. No need for spacers either, perfect offsets.
  4. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183717911880 Came in about 1 week, not the 6 weeks it mentions. You can also get it painted for another £25. Looking at the reviews the paint quality seems to be good, but i wanted my local guy to do it, plus wanted it bonded on. It came with double sided sticky tape which I don't think would survive over 20mph lol.
  5. Fitted my rear spoiler. Really improves the rear profile.
  6. Genuine set of 351M 19" alloys from a my 530d M Sport Touring, so non staggered. 8.5"x19J all round, ET33. Car is a Feb 2017, so wheels are only 4 years old and two of them were refurbished when I bought the car in Jan. Not cracked or buckled. Good condition, no kerb marks other than on one of the wheels where the paint has started to flake every so slightly. Come with Goodyear Runflat tyres, 245 40 19. Tyre depths are 6.7mm, 6.4mm, 5.0mm & 3.9mm. Collection preferred, (Aberdeenshire) but would consider packaging for buyer to arrange their own courier. £750.

    530d F11 ReMap

How about a Superchips Bluefin device to save you travelling? Can remove the map when you come to sell, or servicing work etc. I've not remapped my 5 series, but used it on other BMW's and a couple of Ford's https://www.mybluefin.co.uk/SearchResults/BMW/5-Series/Diesel/530d-M-Sport-2993cc-258bhp/2016/VRM

    BMW AUC Brake Disc Tolerances

Good suggestion on the washer to avoid the lip!! Will try that tomorrow with my calipers. Although if my pads don't need changing I don't really have an argument to make with them

    BMW AUC Brake Disc Tolerances

Yeah, I think you're right. My only option would be to get John Clark to measure the disc thickness and see how accurate their report is, but they will probably charge for this and may not help as you say.

    BMW AUC Brake Disc Tolerances

Great, thanks. No, bought it from a dealer in Lincolnshire. Very happy with the service\deal other than this topic. Graeme

    BMW AUC Brake Disc Tolerances

Thanks Andrew. The pads at 5mm are fine, think it shows 10k miles on iDrive. So no case for requesting new discs then? Still 1.1mm of life left which would be approx 25k miles.
  12. Afternoon all. I bought a 2017 F11 530d earlier this month from a BMW dealer. Car has done 37.5k miles. It was of course prepared to AUC standards. However, I raised a concern to them with regards to the condition of the front discs, they were corroded, have a lip on them, faint vibration and clearly original. Based on previous experience I would expect discs to last between 35k to 40k in a heavy car like this. I asked for the AUC report, which they finally provided, see below. So if I read that correctly, they should be replaced at 34.4mm, but just so happened to measure in at 34.5mm. Looking at RealOEM.com the original brakes are 348x36, so I assume 36mm thick. Should I continue to push BMW for replacements? To me they are 94% worn (0.1mm left from a life of 1.6mm).
  13. Can get a genuine one for £360. Better gamble?
  14. Haha, I can only imagine the cost of that. Just want the rear diffuser.
  15. Hi guys, Close to becoming a F11 owner again and naturally been looking to some styling tweaks. Has anyone bought a M Performance replica off ebay? There appears to be difference in pricing for what looks to be the same item: Can anyone recommend either? Want perfect fitting\look. £110 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-5-SERIES-F10-F11-M-PERFORMANCE-REAR-DIFFUSER-SPLITTER-TWIN-MATT-BLACK-OEM/284098910057?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D969186f603d04d7da4da758e1ce11e39%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D174442861391%26itm%3D284098910057%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A1f0b87bf-444a-11eb-903f-3e735424eed6|parentrq%3A8a3dbc171760aca030a62384ffe70c38|iid%3A1 £180 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-5-SERIES-M-SPORT-F10-F11-PERFORMANCE-REAR-DIFFUSER-TWIN-EXHAUST/362631155915?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D969186f603d04d7da4da758e1ce11e39%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D15%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D174442861391%26itm%3D362631155915%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A1f0b87bf-444a-11eb-903f-3e735424eed6|parentrq%3A8a3dbc171760aca030a62384ffe70c38|iid%3A1
