My windscreen washer pressure has been a bit poor lately, fine on the intensive wash, but the normal was terrible. I did a quick check of the jets a few weeks ago and all seemed fine, and the intensive is working fine, so ruled them out.

So yesterday i thought i would investigate, remove the arch lining and check the pump. Removed all the screws and even managed to remove the small black clips without breaking them! I checked the pumps and filters down there which all seemed fine, and just put it down to a dodgy pump. Fitted the pumps back and thought i'd pull the hose off at the jets, just to make sure it wasn't them..... i then realised that the hose connector for the normal wash was cracked through and it had been pissing out from there Posted Image

Well, no harm done, apart from the small black arch lining clips which i removed without breaking and put in a safe place have gone missing. Anyone know where i can get these from? BMW only?

Ordered a washer jet, have you seen the price of them! I was expecting a fiver! £30 for one from Eurocarparts! Luckily i can get these cool washer jets much cheaper:

I would check with your local dealer first as eBay is not always the cheapest, just more convenient.

Have you checked BMW prices? I don't think they should be too much as it says 37 cents on realoem.

I'm going to pop down to BMW this week to find out, i'll let you know.

My dealer gave me 5 of them free when I asked nicely.

Also why not drop the guys from cotswold a PM for a price, they are always happy to help and even deliver (next day if your item is on the shelf) I've found their service to be top notch.

Went to my local BMW today and got 5 of them. 27p each, so cheaper than getting from Ebay and such.

Don't forget that as you have intensive wash there are two feeds and non-return valves in each jet + they are also heated....
