BMW specialist in Mid-Wales/Shropshire/West Midlands

For the amount of people living round here, there is a distinct lack of small, good quality indy's. Not just BMW's as well, it's the same with VAG cars.

Massive gap in the market I reckon, if I had a few quid I'd start one up, especially on the west side of Brum.

I've got some over here in west wales.

Gary's up in Manchester as well...

Bigpow, any chance of some names? I'm trying to find some alternatives to the ones here in Swansea.

BM Euroservice and NCB Autokraft are great -- I would say that BM Euroservice Wolverhampton are probably more equipped with latest tech in my experience.... but have used both and have no complaints....

Not helpful to the OP but there is a very good VAG indy near Cannock. All the gear including a rolling road.

He also fitted the VR6 engine into the white MK2 GTi in my sig. B)

You're talking about MIdland VW aren't you?

Yeah they're ok. They did say something needed replacing on my old Leon Cupra and I took it to another place for an MOT (they don't do MOT's) and the mechanic said he could find nothing wrong with the supposedly knackered part....but overall I was pleased with em. Used em for a couple of years.

Cannock is still a little far out though - we need something slap bang in the centre. Like I said a top BMW or VAG indy would rake it in.

They do mots's now as well. They've extended their unit at the back.

Mot testing is a lot about the testers discretion though and it only has to meet the minimum standard to be road worthy.

Its only 30 mins from Brum and I would travel that no problem to use a good indy.

I wouldn't touch NCB with a bargepole.

How come, have you had a bad experience?

Mate that was over 4 yrs ago it would be very unfair of me to comment on a business that I'm sure will have evolved and developed within that time
