My first BMW.....525i SE AUTO....48 on the clock with Full BMW service history and one owner...best car I have ever drove and definitely the quickest.

Trouble is do I continue to get the car serviced by BMW or go indie or use my mate who is a mechanic with 30 years experience with Volvo?

BMW Sytners of Nottingham are quoting me £389 for an Inspection ll. service which is part of their 'value' range ...tempted as the car has a full BMW service history as it stands!

The Dutch tall ship Oysterschelde.

The weather was so hot that the lamp posts on the dock side melted ;)

Couple of snaps from Marthas Vineyard MA, USA this year.

First one is the bridge and beach that was in the first Jaws movie.. As you see the kids and some adults like to jump in despite a sign saying no jumping and the other shot is a usual sunset shot from the Westerly point of the island.

It's an odd feeling thinking I was walking round there this time last year.

How long have you been based in Nova Scotia? I was in Toronto for a week visiting family then flew up to Halifax for another week. Had a couple of days in Halifax then hired a car and drove down to a place called Lunenburg and had 3 days there just exploring the local towns and stuff. It's a beautiful part of the world.
