Connected App not working

I’ve been using the connected app fine up until this morning. For some reason when I plugged it in at work the app was telling me the car was fully charged when it wasn’t, the vehicle was showing still charging, so I tried a few things and then deleted the app and redownloaded. It is now not letting me see my vehicle information and when I try to add the vehicle it says ‘vehicle already added to account’ yet I can’t see the vehicle information, just the add vehicle option. Anyone know what to do with this?
