Which 3 cars - lottery win

Recommended Posts

There are some very rare cars mentioned in this thread and this may be a problem, as in, what if you had the money sitting there to buy the car of your dreams, BUT, there aren't any for sale (even for unlimited funds)??

Not really, it's just an E Type by another name.

A Lynx D Type is so much nicer.

Seeing as this is unlikely to happen I shall not worry about this eventuality

The Lynx is indeed a beautiful thing. I'm not sure it's fair to describe the Eagle as just an e-type though.

I really don't do E Types though. They're alright, but I'd rather have a Series 1 XJ6 or a 1963 Stingray tbh.

It's the hushed reverence around what was a cheap sports car that turns me off them. A 250GT Lusso or a 330 GTC - now you're talking!

It's only recently I've been swayed by their charms but it would have to be care worn with steel wheels and no bumpers on a early coupe for me

Tarty chrome covered later stuff just doesn't appeal.

The most powerful G Wagen Brabus in black.

Zonda F or Diablo 6.0vt

Mercedes E63 AMGs with switchable 4matic with Brabus sprinkles.

3 is not enough.

I've always had a soft spot for a nice S2 XJ6, on chrome wheels with hub caps and big, fat tyres.  Alloys don't suit these cars other then the 'Kent' or pepperpot ones on the series 3.  I am very partial to the Wheeler Dealers XJC too.  That's a classy old thing in a great colour.

Nah, it's been hit with the ugly stick.  Not as ugly as a 911, but not very pleasant to look at all the same.

Oddly i know the guy with the low drag GT, he's a client of mine and his garage is very similar to your list, just a bit larger!!

Great choice - TBH I would be hard pressed to beat it but there is no practical car their

They should want one. It is quite simply a master piece of a car - excuse my poor pictures I was a little excited to see it
