You live near Glasgow so you will be o.k. as long as you don't buy an Audi.

All the recent serious crimes in and around Glasgow have used stolen Audis as the getaway vehicle or as the 'hit' vehicle or the person who was 'hit' was sat in their Audi!

Like it....... already had a couple of new Audis. The 2009 A3 Sline was a great car, but the 2014 A6 Ultra Sline was a disappointment. But I do still fancy a few 'VSDT' CARS.....

Updates,

1. Drove my mates 2017 7.5 Golf R estate last weekend. And I was rather disappointed. It's quick no doubt but I prefer the 535d torque style of quick or my dads XFR visceral experience. The Golfs too PlayStation. The launch control a hoot but it all just feel cheap and fake. The noise, the handling, the new electronic dash..... maybe I was expecting too much?!? It's still on he list but it took a hit.

2. GTD goes back in November not September so I'm taking the food off the purchasing gas pedal.

3. Was behind an A7 and 640d gran Coupe last night leaving Edinburgh airport and both just looked awesome. The Bmw did just pip the Audi from a presence perspective. Although I do prefers the Audis rear styling.

The quest continues...

An Audi A7 is a nice thing but quite rare, even an Audi A5 is a welcome spot in a sea of dreary A3s and Q3s.

On of my guys at work who has a Golf R says he is scared to use the launch control for fear of frying the clutch. Another has just bought a GTD and loves it and has an impressive amount of kit in it and another chopped in his GTD for a Tiguan.

I must be paying them too much.......

A7 rare?  not round here.  Golf R's are common as muck too with the deals VW have been doing on them.

Chav chariot. :P

If you want exclusivity....try this....

I spent my lunch hour wandering around Glasgow city centre, not an A5 or A7 to bee seen, did see a Golf R right enough.

Yeah quite a few A7 round here although I know of two that were recently replaced, one for an X5 the other for a CLS.

Cheap leases on the new Alfa Guilia Veloce 280bhp...... still doesn't fire the passion.

What about a cheap but pampered E46 M3???

only because you chose the most obscure naming anyone has given them !

Its what mine says on the log book, others don't include the word turbo..... It's bizarre! I can't figure it out.

The daddy of that type of car is of course the CLS which is a very nice car, been a passenger in a 350 and it was swift.

E46 M3 provided its had its rear subframe fixed! Mate had one, he appeared to suffer from a high number of rear spring failures and vanos unit failure which made his wallet bleed. I drove it when I had my E60, which I thought was quick but the wee M was in a different league!
