Absolutely not, the more the merrier. Just make sure your at Fort Nelson before 10am as they are quite strict on letting people in and out because of the various gun firings.

Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow.

06:00 - weather check. Sky looks a bit angry, car could do with a wash.....

Sod it, going to give it a wash. Will probably tip down when I'm finished! At least it will have started off clean...

Just got back from Fort Nelson. Had a great time meeting you all and your great cars and having a nose around the fort. There were more than a couple for me to be jealous of!

First long run in my eta since acquisition and she behaved impeccably until 10 miles from home when she decided to throw her underside engine cover! No damage to the car thankfully - other than a cracked and battered plastic undertray to add to the 'shopping' list. If any of you have one knocking about for sale please give me a shout.

When's the next get together?

Was a good day, never been overtaken so much on the way to or from a meet before so that was a new experience....Racing stripes clearly do not add any bhp   Was good to meet some new people and see some familiar faces :)

A really enjoyable meet and at a unique location. A bit on the chilly side though!

Thanks again to Mick for sorting it out.

I thought that Fort Nelson (Fort "Chillywind" as it was on the day) but it was a great location last year.

But with Ordinator now gone to the other side of the pond, will anyone else be able to organise it, knowing that he had the contacts there?

I can dig out the contacts and pass them on to anybody who is interested in taking this on.

I managed this with a couple of visits / meetings at Fort Nelson, keeping a thread updated on the Forum and a small amount of marshaling on the day.

Not really a difficult task but does need a volunteer to head it up.

Any takers?

Regards from across the pond,

Mick
