  1. I'm interested in all the bits for a manual conversion so how much for the gearbox, prop shaft, diff, half shafts, gear selector, pedal box etc?
  2. Air Con Fan for E39

    Here you go Keith. http://m.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?isRefine=true&_nkw=382032268182&ssPageName=GSTL&_mwBanner=1
  3. Air Con Fan for E39

I changed one on my old M5 and it's an easy enough job which would be even easier with a 2nd person to help offer the bumper back up when refitting. Funnily enough the aircon/pusher fan has packed up on my current car so I've ordered one from Germany for £133inc delivery. I'll let you know if it's any good. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

  5. What did you do to your E39 today ?

Gave it a wash and then polished it. Doesn't look too bad from 5 paces away. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  6. What did you do to your E39 today ?

Yes it was at Walkers Keith. Just shocks (top mounts etc) this time around, springs look ok.
  7. What did you do to your E39 today ?

Gave the old girl to my indie yesterday for some preventative/reactive maintenance. New front discs, pads and refurbished calipers. New radiator, expansion tank, viscous fan clutch, fan blades, water pump, hoses, temp sensor and oil filter housing gasket. Next on the list will be new shocks as the original ones are well past their best at 128k miles. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

  12. E39 M5 parts

Hi mate, I'm interested in the front bumper trims. What kind of condition are they in? Cheers Adam Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  13. Help needed about Shocks

I'm out and about right now, but when I get home I'll post a link to a company that sell genuine Sachs shocks at a very good price. It was user Depthoar on this morning forum that found it originally. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  14. Which hoses...

Many thanks for the info Dan. I had all the tensioners, pulleys and belts changed in December and the stat was changed 3 years/25k miles ago. Are the top and bottom rad hoses the only ones worth replacing? Cheers Adam Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
  15. Which hoses...

Yeah I've already made a list using C3BMW and the 30% off deal with ECP for the rad, viscous fan clutch, water pump and expansion tank. The hoses I've seen on eBay, euros etc etc are normally only for the upper and lower rad ones. I was thinking I'd change as many of the rubber hoses as possible but want to know if this is ott because maybe it's only certain hoses that are prone to failure? Car is a 530i auto touring btw.
