  7. Hi guys im reshelling my E28 the new shell is a check control shell with all the wiring still in it. But the new shell only seem to have the the blue and white multiplugs for the cluster where as the old shell non check control had the yellow plug as well which I traced back to the clock and have taken out. Now the question is should the check control shell have a yellow multi plug if so where does it go as there is wiring going to the clock on the new shell and also can I still use my original dash from the old shell

  13. E28 boot carpet

Hi Duncan have you still got the boot carpets if so how much and where are you in the country. Cheers Dave
  14. It depends on how far it been driven on. If it been run on and the inside Caracas has been turned into crumbs then no respectable tyre company will repair it but if it a tyre that goes down slowly and all is good inside it can be repaired like a standard tyre as long as its not in the side wall. Why shell out for a new tyre when it can be repaired. Depending on size they can be £150 upwards and a repair can be as little as £15 a big difference. You can have upto 3 repairs in one tyre the speed rating will be effected after the second one. So the myth of you can't repair run flat tyres is rubbish.
